Leadership shapes culture.
Culture shapes performance.
Helping leaders create cultures where people perform at their best.
Leadership is one of the few roles where how you show up each day quietly shapes the experience of dozens, hundreds, or even thousands of other people.
You may not think of yourself as shaping culture every day. You’re focused on making good decisions, building strong teams, serving customers, and achieving meaningful results. Yet every decision, action, and interaction communicates what matters. Over time, those signals influence how people work together, how accountability is experienced, how trust is built, and the organization’s ability to perform.
As your responsibility grows, so does the reach of those everyday moments. Leadership rarely becomes simpler over time. Decisions carry broader consequences, competing priorities become more difficult to reconcile, and the gap between what you intend and what others experience can widen without your realizing it.
And yet, you may have few opportunities to step back and examine those patterns openly. Coaching creates that space. Together, we'll explore the questions, decisions, and leadership moments that shape not only today's outcomes, but the culture and performance of your organization over time.
About Laura
For more than twenty years, I have helped senior leaders strengthen organizational performance by developing leadership, shaping culture, and building organizational capability. Most recently, I served as Vice President of Organization and People Development for a 26,000-person healthcare system, where my work on enterprise culture initiatives was later featured in Harvard Business Review.
Today, I coach senior leaders who want to strengthen organizational performance by shaping cultures where people and teams can perform at their best.
Client Perspective
As a CEO and founder considering a significant pivot in my business, I wasn't sure how to start or whether I had what it took to make the leap. Through a thoughtful series of conversations and probing questions, Laura helped me gain real clarity on the purpose and direction I wanted my consulting practice to take. More than that, she helped me uncover what was holding me back and gave me the confidence to move boldly in an entirely new direction.
What set Laura apart was her deliberate, structured approach. She guided me through a decision process that kept my values front and center, evaluating every opportunity against my vision and what I truly wanted my work to stand for.
If you're facing an important leadership or career decision and need a thoughtful partner to help you think clearly, ask the right questions, and move forward with confidence, I highly recommend Laura.

Considering Executive Coaching?
Your leadership deserves the same level of attention and investment you give to the people, teams, and organizations you serve.
In a coaching partnership, the agenda, the work, and the growth belong to you.
Conversations may challenge or confirm your thinking. Much of the value comes from what happens afterward: how you reflect on, process, test, and apply what emerges.
If what you have read is relevant to you, it is worth a conversation.
